Having a web-based firm as opposed to a brick and mortar law firm, allows our firm to focus on providing quality service at an affordable cost for our clients.

Mr. Rajan R. Vasani
Specializing in Real Estate, Business, and Estate Planning law
A native Texan, Mr. Vasani grew up on the waters of Lake Ray Hubbard before attending the University of Texas at Austin, where he majored in Political Science and minored in Business. After graduation, Raj decided to pursue a law degree and attended Texas Wesleyan University School of Law now known as the Texas A&M School of Law, where he was regularly named on the Dean’s List as well as a recipient of the University’s Scholarship.
Prior to founding The Vasani Law Firm, Mr. Vasani practiced at a boutique real estate firm partnered with a local title label for 8 years, where he primarily focused on transactional and title related matters. During his time, he managed hundreds of closings and gained vast knowledge and experience over the entire real estate closing process. As a result, he can ensure that his clients are being treated fairly and can avoid potential pitfalls down the road.
In addition to working as an attorney, Mr. Vasani has become a passionate real estate investor and is also a licensed Texas Realtor. He currently holds membership with the National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors and the Greater Fort Worth Association of Realtors. Raj's knowledge of the law, combined with years of real estate experience make him a huge asset for his clients, setting him apart from his peers.
When Raj is not working with clients, he is with his family and friends enjoying everything the world has to offer. He's most passionate about keeping an open mind which enables him to see his client's matters from all different angles. He is also an avid sports enthusiast with a commitment to physical fitness and health.
